What is Osteopathy?
Osteopathy is a form of healthcare that helps people overcome pain, mobility issues, injuries and other probelms, we focus on taking preventative action and treating problems at thier source.
Osteopaths are regulated health professionals specialising in the musculoskeletal system (bones, joints, muscles and connective tissue).
What sets osteopathy apart is our focus on looking beyond where the pain or problem is, investigating why it is there, and what may be contributing to it.

Holly Keeler, M.Ost
I'm Holly, a Registered Osteopath (M.Ost), and creator of Posture Positive Osteopathy.
Too often, healthcare feels rushed — appointments are short, problems are treated in isolation, people are sent away without fully understanding what’s happening in their body or how to help themselves.
I experienced this as a teenager growing up with a spinal deformity known as scoliosis. I had fusion surgery which significantly straightened my spine, but at the cost of nearly all of my movement.
I spent years in persistent pain, avoiding exercise, always warned what not to do, told I should feel lucky my pain is not worse. I lacked any support or guidance, until, I first saw an Osteopath, and everything changed! So I decided to become one myself, to help others like I had been helped.
We can't cure certain illness, or turn back the clock on injuries or arthritis, but we can always make a difference to how we adapt and function, and that can change everything.
I take the time to look at the root cause of your symptoms, not just where the pain shows up. I focus on how your body works as a whole, and I make sure you understand what is going on and why we’re doing what we’re doing — so you feel informed, involved, and confident in your recovery.
